Today we have Kelsey McGraw of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry. We caught up with Kelsey to chat about her experience with the Clientbook App. Here’s what she had to say.
Tell us about yourself and your role.
I am the General Manager of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry at Crabtree Valley Mall. I have enjoyed 9 wonderful years with the Bailey Family. I work with the most amazing team. I spend most of my time on the sales floor interacting with our patrons and making sure we deliver the Bailey’s extraordinary experience.
Tell us about your business.
We have been a small family-owned company for 71 years. We have 4 stores total and my location is our only mall location. We are an AGS Fine Jewelry store and carry the top names in designer jewelry such as David Yurman, John Hardy, Ippolita, and many more.
Why did you decide to give Clientbook a try?
We have been looking for a CRM program for years and Clientbook was the first one we came across that actually sounded like it would help.
What, if any, reasons were you skeptical to give Clientbook a try?
Clientbook sounded too good to be true. But we quickly found that they actually understand how busy our salespeople are and wanted to figure out the best way to help.
How quickly did you see an impact from the app?
We trialed the app in our flagship location with 3 sales associates and it changed the way we clientele almost immediately.
Tell us about your experience with the app (the good, the better, and the hard stuff).
All change is hard and my team consists of professionals who have been selling jewelry for decades. But once they started using the app (and saw success) they were hooked!
What advice would you give to another company on the fence about Clientbook?
Don’t rush. Have someone start using it to work out all the details and be the expert in your store. Remember that everyone learns technology at a different pace and be patient.

I want this app to run my personal life!
