Messaging AI assistant

Save time with our new ChatGPT integration, the popular AI chatbot by OpenAI. 

Our messaging AI assistant absorbs details about your business, clients, and products, then generates an expertly crafted message tailored to your business needs. 

Enhanced associate permissions

Perfect for stores with high-profile clients, the Elite tier’s associate permissions allow you to restrict the types of information your retail sales associates have access to regarding your store and clientbase. Store managers retain full visibility while client information is guarded and private. 

With this new feature, retail sales associates will only see their own clients and their personal chat histories will be kept private. 

Customizable kiosk mode

Kiosk mode is a customer-facing display branded to your store that allows you to collect information directly from the client.

As part of the Elite Plan, you can customize the kiosk form to get extra information from your client while they’re in your store, including their email address and mailing address.
