We were using another CRM software but were having trouble using it from a management standpoint. The management portal on Clientbook was especially appealing to me as a store owner

I liked the way it looked (modern, clean, app based) and especially the manager's portal

Clientbook is so easy to use to enter and also to retrieve information about our clients quickly and easily. The in-app messaging component is really great to keep tabs on customer conversations and makes follow-up a breeze.
Why should someone in your position take action right now?
In our industry its imperative that you follow-up with all of your sales leads. As an owner, its really helpful to easily check in to see where sales associates are in the sales process with specific customers and also for them to have an easy to use way to keep on top of their follow-up
