What problems was your business facing before you had Clientbook?
Before Clientbook, the process for storing information on our customers was manual. Sales associates just had individual booklets with all of their customers in there. So we needed something better where sales associates could have easy access and actually get reminders on when a client’s birthday is coming up rather than going through a book on their own. We needed something that was structured enough that it gave sales associates easy access to reach the customer and maintain the relationship.
With the booklets, it was really hard for sales associates to remember when their clients’ birthdays and anniversaries are, whereas now, they have automated reminders, which is fantastic in a sales position. It’s at their fingertips.
What results have you seen since using Clientbook?
With Clientbook, the sales process is more structured. In just a minute they can send information out to a client right to their phones. It really makes communicating with the customer so much easier and efficient. Timing in sales is everything. So having quick and easy access to customer information in Clientbook helps our sales associates in a big way.
How does Clientbook help you keep track of prospects and manage your customers?
We’ve put in targets and goals for our sales associates within Clientbook and we can track how many of those met goals turned into a sale. We can see who our top performers are, why some have lower performance, and easily compare and track performance. It helps you really analyze the different abilities of your sales associates.
An unassigned customer is a lost opportunity. With Clientbook you can assign customers to a sales associate so they’ll continually have someone they’re working with.
What has been your experience with Smart Assistant?
We’ve been using the Smart Assistant for 3 weeks now and we already love it. I love that it monitors clients’ purchasing history and tells us when they’re likely to come in again. Because there’s no way a sales associate would know that on their own.
Product knowledge is key to selling. If you don’t know your product, it’s really hard to sell. So with Clientbook, they can look up a product and have all of that information in front of them from their phone. And that provides the confidence a sales associate needs to sell.
To tell you the truth, I think everyone needs Clientbook. It’s a product that will help your salespeople sell. It’s a product that will make your sales associates more confident when selling. It’s going to boost your communication with customers. And it will increase your customer service, because you have this little app in your hands that’s quick and easy to connect with the customer and hopefully turn them into a customer for life!
