We have seen a huge increase of both employee and client engagement and have received lots of positive feedback from our clients - saying that they love receiving pictures and staying informed of new arrivals and current promotions. They appreciate us following up with them to make sure they are happy. One particular best practice that has continued to be very successful is our use of the clientbook to text our clients a simple "thank you" after visiting our store and/or shopping with us. This has become a regular habit of ours at Hemline French Quarter and has enabled us to form genuine relationships with our new clients. Clientbook has proven to be a great tool to get clients back in the store, and we have seen an increase in every salesperson’s client base and higher ‘solo sales.’ So great things are happening!!
